I definitely concur with just about all of these, Moondance and Cheaters being my two particular favourites. There’s been a lot of great ‘dance’ music made by people who one suspects have never actually been to a nightclub, this year.

Not sure how I managed to miss a Holy Ghost remix of LCD Soundsystem, I’d better hunt that one down!

I decided not to do a Top 10 albums this year – I just don’t feel I listened to enough to make an informed decision. I suppose 2009 marked a real shift in me listening to more singles and individual tracks. Here are some albums I did like though, in no particular order:
