For reasons unknown to myself, I’ve decided to set up a Twitter account…

Details of the first ever officially Urlaubshits sanctioned musical event, where you can hear cosmic disco, mutant house, future acid, radiophonic techno and low slung dubbed out grooves. (But only if you live in London, England.)

For the second time in four months I have changed the blog’s layout. The reasons are a combination of masochism, a perverse addiction to CSS, and simply because, after making the blog look like a website, I realised I wanted to have a combination of a traditional blog and a content management system.

On sale this week in Phonica and Piccadilly Records: House of House’s debut 12″ Rushing to Paradise on Whatever We Want Records.

Hopefully everyone has recovered after Christmas and New Year. Unfortunately I’ve realised that The End is shutting this month, so am sorely tempted to go there as many times as possible before it shuts, nullifying any good intentions I may have had for January.

Pitchfork have a free download of Simian Mobile Disco’s re-edit of Deerhunter’s “Octet”. It’s availible in high quality 320kb too, so go download it. No word on a physical release either, so grab it while you can.
