Urlaubshits [oor-laubs-hits] - noun:
1. music traditionally listened to whilst on vacation, from the German, meaning “vacation hits”.
2. a German compilation album from 1977 featuring popular music from the summer of that year.
3. a cross platform musical entity and MP3 blog located at http://www.urlaubshits.co.uk
All tracks hosted on this site are for evaluation purposes, and are provided as 128kb versions only. Tracks will be hosted for two weeks only.
Sometimes they will be recorded from vinyl, which, given my limited tech and expertise, will mean they often don’t sound great. Therefore, if you like what you hear, please follow the buy links in the posts and support the artists. After all, it isn’t easy to make money from records these days.
